    • Amendment Window Closure: August 16, 2024; both LEAs and SELPAs must approve EOY 3 and 4 submissions by this date. No extensions will be granted.
  • Student Record Discrepancies: Utilize the lookup tool provided by the Educational Testing Service (ETS) for quick answers regarding statewide assessment records.

  • Education Data Collection System (EDCS): Open for uploading data for the Armed Services Vocational Battery (ASVAB) and State Seal of Civic Engagement (SSCE) programs.

    • CALPADS LEA Amin Password Request:

      1. Go to the EDCS login page.
      2. Click on “Reset password.”
      3. Create or reset your password.
      4. Follow instructions received via email.
    • Requesting EDCS Access for Staff other than CALPADS LEA Admin:

      • The CALPADS LEA Admin should send an email to: educationdatacollection@cde.ca.gov
      • Subject: “Requesting EDCS Access”
      • Provide:
        1. First and last name
        2. Position
        3. Email
        4. Phone number
